Administrative Assistant/Receptionist 

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (Pay depends on skills and experience.)

This is temporary part-time position and is a seasonal employment through April 15, 2022, or the end of the tax season. Please submit your application and resume here.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering calls, routing callers to the appropriate party, and booking appointments for clients.
  • Greeting and assisting clients
  • Scanning documents and generating reports
  • Preparing documents for clients
  • Maintaining timely and professional communication via phone and e-mail internal and external.
  • Mailing correspondence to clients
  • general office support
  • Social Media Marketing

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or higher education is a plus (AA. BA, BS)

· High proficiency in computers and standard software packages (Office365 – excel)

· Excellent communication (written and verbal)

· Customer service (interpersonal / adaptability /patience)

· Creative and analytical problem-solving skills/quick thinking

· Attention to detail

· Fluency in Spanish is a plus
